Maturity of "Tiscali Conv 2019-2020" bond

Cagliari, June 30 2020

The Company announces that today is the Final Maturity Date of the Tiscali Conv 2019-2020 Bond (the "Bond"), as defined in the Bond Regulation (the "Regulation"). Pursuant to the Regulation, the Company has requested the conversion of the 27 notes held by ICT Holding Ltd not yet redeemed, converted or cancelled as of today, against which 284,210,526 unlisted ordinary shares identified by ISIN IT0005415713 will be issued.
