Tiscali S.p.A. announces that today the list of candidates has been published, presented pursuant to the shareholders 'agreements existing between Amsicora srl, Renato Soru and Linkem S.p.A., for the renewal of the administrative body which will be elected by the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for May 16 2022 in single call.
The list is accompanied by further resolution proposals relating to the determination of the number of members of the Board of Directors, the term of office and the emolument.
Shareholders can view the aforementioned list of candidates and the attached documentation, required by current legislation, at the registered office, at the authorized storage mechanism in the SDIR emarket circuit of Spafid Connect, as well as consult it on the website www.tiscali.com (Governance Section / Shareholders' Meeting).
