Tiscali S.p.A. announces that today the list of candidates for the renewal of the administrative body which will be elected by the ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called for June 27, 2019 in single call was published, presented jointly by the shareholders Amsicora srl and Renato Soru.

The list is accompanied by the additional proposed resolutions relating to the determination of the number of members of the Board of Directors, the duration of the appointment and the fee.
