Pursuant to Article IA.2.6.5 of the Instructions accompanying the Regulations of the Italian Stock Exchange, Tessellis S.p.A. ("Tessellis" or the "Company") reminds that on 10 October 2025 the report of the independent auditors Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. on the Group's Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as of 30 June 2025 was made available to shareholders at https://www.tessellis.it/bilanci-e-relazioni/.
The said report contains a statement on significant uncertainties.
