Notice of Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

Cagliari, May 8, 2024 - Tessellis S.p.A. announces that on 7 May 2024, the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting has been convened on a single call for 17 June 2024 at 4pm at the Company's registered office.

The extended notice of call, as well as all the documents prepared in accordance with the law, will be made available to the public at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website (www.tessellis.com), pursuant to the applicable regulations.
