Resolutions of the Board of Directors and the Bondholders' Meeting

Cagliari, 30 January 2020

The Company announces that today the Board of Directors and the Bondholders' Meeting, the latter held in full attendance meeting, resolved to postpone the expiration date of the convertible bond loan "Tiscali Conv. 2019-2020". (the "Bond Loan"), extending it from 31 January 2020 to 30 June 2020. In order to comply with the new expiration date of the Bond Loan, the Board of Directors also resolved to amend the Articles of Association.

The documents relating to the aforementioned resolutions will be made available to the public within the legal deadlines.
