AGGIORNAMENTO DOCUMENTI ASSEMBLEA DEI SOCI 26 - 06 -2018

Cagliari, 22 giugno 2018

Con riferimento all'assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria dei soci che si terrà il prossimo 26 giugno ("Assemblea"), la Società comunica:

(i) di aver provveduto a pubblicare sul proprio sito internet e sul sito di Borsa Italiana le proposte di voto alternative ricevute da parte del socio ICT Holding Ltd relative ai punti 2, 7 e 8 all'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea;

(ii) di aver inserito un chiarimento nei paragrafi 1.4 e 10 della Relazione Illustrativa ex art. 72 RE al punto 5 dell'ordine del giorno, nel paragrafo 1.1, A) della Relazione Illustrativa ex art. 72 RE al punto 4 dell'ordine del giorno e nel punto 5 della Relazione ex art. 125ter TUF, provvedendo a pubblicare nuovamente sul proprio sito internet e sul sito di Borsa Italiana dette relazioni con l'integrazione.

SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 26 - 06 -2018 - DOCUMENTS UPDATE

With reference to the ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting to be held on June 26 ("Shareholders' Meeting"), the Company announces:

(i) to have published alternative voting proposals received by the shareholder ICT Holding Ltd relating to items 2, 7 and 8 on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting on its, and Borsa Italiana , website;

(ii) to have inserted a clarification in paragraphs 1.4 and 10 of the Explanatory Report pursuant to art. 72 RE in item 5 of the agenda, in paragraph 1.1, A) of the Explanatory Report pursuant to art. 72 RE in item 4 of the agenda and item 5 of the Report pursuant to art. 125ter TUF, providing for the publication of relations with the integration on its, and Borsa Italiana, website.
