Release of Securities from Escrow

Plukka Limited (ASX: PKA) ( Plukka ) wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, on 4 December 2017 the following securities will be released from mandatory escrow:

(1) 55,405,671 fully paid ordinary shares ( Mandatory Escrowed Shares );
(2) 19,535,000 performance rights convertible into fully paid ordinary shares on a one to one basis on the achievement of certain milestones; and
(3) 10,000,000 options with an exercise price of $0.20 and an expiry date of 4 December 2018.

Plukka also wishes to advise that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the Board of Plukka has elected to release securities held by Natalia Obolensky and Jai Waney from voluntary escrow and, accordingly, on 4 December 2017:

(1) 3,794,003 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow. Additionally, the shares held by Jai Waney which were subject to mandatory escrow will not become subject to voluntary escrow;
(2) 6,416,142 performance-based rights convertible into fully paid ordinary shares on a one to one basis on the achievement of certain performance-based milestones; and
(3) 3,244,376 time-based rights convertible into fully paid ordinary shares on a one to one basis on the achievement of certain time-based milestones.

A further 20,963,531 fully paid ordinary shares issued to Treliss Worldwide Inc. ( Treliss ) will continue to remain subject to voluntary escrow in accordance with the manufacturing agreement between Plukka and Treliss.

Plukka will apply for quotation for the Mandatory Escrowed Shares upon their release from escrow in accordance with the ASX Listing Rules.
