DMX CORPORATION TAKEOVER OFFER FOR CONTINUATION INVESTMENTS – CHANGES TO OFFER DATES

DMX Corporation Limited (DMX) advises a number of minor changes to the important dates associated with the proportional takeover offer of Continuation investments Limited (COT) announced on 12 August, 2013. The revised dates are:

Bidder’s Statement lodged with ASIC:	12 August, 2013
Register Date^:	16 August, 2013
Date of Offer (Offer opens):	on or before 9 September, 2013
Closing Date of Offer:	on or before 21 October, 2013

• ^ The Register Date is the date of determination of those COT Shareholders to whom this Bidder’s Statement will be sent. The Offer does not extend to any COT Shares that come within the bid class during the Offer Period, by way of conversion, an exercise of a right or otherwise.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Bid is currently not open and a further announcement when be made when the Bid does open.

DMX is in the process of determining the last details of its offer and a replacement bidder’s statement will be announced to the market when this is completed, or in any event, prior to or on 9 September, 2013.

These dates may further change as permitted by the Corporations Act. Any such change will be announced to ASX.
