APPENDIX 3X AND 3Y NOTICES

Please see the Appendix 3X and 3Y for Plukka Limited (ASX:PKA) ( Plukka ) in respect of Natalia Obolensky attached which have been lodged outside of the prescribed time period.

Plukka wishes to advise that:

1. the delay in lodgement of the Appendix 3X and 3Y for Ms Obolensky was due to an internal administrative oversight. Upon this oversight being identified by Plukka, the Notices have been immediately lodged. Plukka confirms that all other ASX lodgements accurately reflect Ms Obolensky’s interests; and

2. Plukka has existing internal arrangements in place to ensure it meets its continuous disclosure obligations and considers those processes to be adequate, notwithstanding this isolated administrative oversight. Notwithstanding the forgoing, additional measures have been introduced to ensure such administrative oversights do not reoccur. Plukka is mindful of its disclosure obligation under ASX Listing Rule 3.19A.2. The Directors are also aware of their personal obligations involving Plukka’s securities.
