Extension of Offer Period
Plukka Limited (“Plukka” or the “Company”) (ASX: PKA) announces that the Board has resolved to extend the Offer Closing Date specified in the indicative timetable in the Supplementary Prospectus dated 9 December 2019 to now close at 5pm (WST) on Tuesday, 14 January 2020.
The primary driver for extending the Offer is to allow time for a number of interested groups who have been working closely with the Company and Lead Manager, PAC Partners, to complete their due diligence in relation to the Offer. The Company reserves the right to close the Offer earlier.
The updated Indicative Timetable has been revised as follows:
