ENTITLEMENT ISSUE – SHORTFALL NOTICE
Continuation Investments Limited (ASX: COT) advises that acceptances under its pro-rata renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $701,000 (before costs) ( Entitlement Issue ) closed at 5pm on Tuesday 10 July 2012.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has received applications from Shareholders subscribing for 9,101,770 shares in the Company totalling $455,089.
The remaining shortfall of 4,920,849 shares will be issued at the Board’s discretion pursuant to the Offer Document.
Holding statements for securities issued under the Entitlement Issue are expected to be dispatched to shareholders on 18 July 2012.
