1. van Eyk Three Pillars Limited gives ASX (as the relevant market operator) notice relating to the issue of the securities identified above.

2. This notice is given under paragraph 2(f) of Section 708AA of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

3. van Eyk Three Pillars Limited will issue the securities identified above without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

4. As the offer is a pro-rata rights issue to all VTP shareholders, the potential effect of the issue of the securities on the control of van Eyk Three Pillars Limited is expected to be minimal.

5. As at the date of this notice, van Eyk Three Pillars Limited has complied with:

6. a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) as they apply to it; and

7. b) Section 674 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

8. There is no excluded information (as defined in Section 708AA(8) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) as at the date of this notice.
