Share Purchase Plan and Declaration of Dividend Update

In the dividend announcement lodged 14^th June 2006, it was noted that the company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) would apply to this dividend. The discount applicable to the DRP will be 2.5%. The final date for acceptance of DRP participation forms will be Friday 23rd June 2006.

In the announcement of the introduction of a Share Purchase Plan, also lodged 14th June 2006, it was noted that information would be sent to shareholders on $7^th$ July 2006 including the SPP Application Form and Terms and Conditions. The date information will be sent to shareholders was incorrect and should have been 10^th July 2006.
