MANAGING DIRECTOR REMUNERATION AND BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Plukka Limited (“ Plukka ” or the “ Company ”) advises it has amended the salary for Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Ms Natalia Obolensky to US$20,000 per month effective 1 January 2017.
The increase of US$5,000 per month is the first amendment to Natalia’s salary since she joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer in March 2016. Natalia has worked tirelessly building a foundation for sustainable sales performance by expanding the product offering, price points and creating proprietary positions – highlighted by the Plukka essentials collection, building partnerships to vertically integrate between designers, manufacturers and consumers, improving marketing expenditure return on investment and significantly reducing company overheads. The increased salary recognizes the additional duties and commitments Natalia has taken on since her appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer.
The directors also advise that Mr Francis Gouten, has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the Board as of 31 January 2017. Francis will remain a valued advisor to the Board and the Executive Management team as required. The Board thanks Francis for his service. Existing Director Andrew Worland has agreed to Chair the Company for no additional directors fees (currently $2,000 per month) save for any services he may provide outside of those typical for the position.
