BOARD APPOINTMENT

Continuation Investments Limited (ASX: COT) is pleased to advise the appointment of Mr David Church as a non-executive director.

David is currently Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and General Counsel for Regent Pacific Group Limited (“ Regent Pacific ”), a Hong Kong listed mining investment house. He has led and advised on a variety of international mining and mining related acquisitions and divestments since joining Regent in 2008.

Prior to joining Regent Pacific, David practiced as a solicitor for more than 10 years in Australia, with Clayton Utz, and in the UK and Hong Kong, with Linklaters, advising corporates and investment banks alike on cross border mining and financial services transactions across Europe and Asia.

David resides in Hong Kong and his breadth of Asian capital markets experience and project generation skills will be helpful as the Board pursues its strategy to seek a natural resources project acquisition.

Mr Richard Ochojski has stepped down from the Board effective immediately. On behalf of all shareholders, the Board thanks Richard for his commitment and contribution to the Company since his appointment in October 2011.
