Annual General Meeting Information

Tesoro Resources Limited ( Tesoro or the Company ) advises it will hold its Annual General Meeting of shareholders ( Meeting ) at 10:00am (WST) on Monday, 25 October 2021 at 31-33 Cliff Street, Fremantle WA 6160.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company on or before 10:00am (WST) 10 September 2021, being at least 30 business days before the date of the Meeting.

Pursuant to the Company’s Constitution, nominations must be in writing to the Company’s registered office.

This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
