Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that on 19 July 2022 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence pursuant to its previously announced up to £750 million share buyback programme.
The purchased shares will be cancelled.
