PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified today that, on 1 February 2013, the following PDMR exercised options over Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company under the Tesco PLC Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (1981), at an option price of 311.00 pence per share, and retained the resulting shares:

The Company has also been notified today that, on 1 February 2013, the PDMRs listed below purchased Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 358.9 pence per share.  These shares were purchased using their savings and bonus accrued under the Company's Tesco PLC Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (1981).
