Release of shares from the Tesco PLC Performance Share Plan 2011
On 11 October 2021, the members of the Company's Executive Committee listed below received the following Ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence each in the Company upon their release from share awards granted on 9 October 2019 under the rules of the Tesco PLC Performance Share Plan 2011:
