Release of shares from the Tesco PLC Group Bonus Plan (GBP)
On 13 May 2021, Christine Heffernan, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, received the following Ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence each in the Company upon their release from a share award granted on 13 May 2019 under the rules of the GBP:
