Tesco PLC (the "Company")

On 1 February 2018, Alessandra Bellini, a member of the Company's Executive Committee, received 98,057 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company upon their release from an award granted under the rules of the Tesco PLC Performance Share Plan 2011 on 13 April 2017.

This represents the gross number of shares released including dividend equivalent shares which have accrued between grant and vesting.  A proportion of the shares released have been withheld to cover Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions due on release and the net shares have been transferred to Alessandra.

The share price on release was 206.3 pence per share.
