PDMR SHAREHOLDING

On 29 June 2015, the PDMRs listed below received Ordinary shares of 5p each in Tesco PLC upon their release following the end of the three-year holding period from the Tesco PLC Group Bonus Plan.  The share awards were granted on 15 June 2012 as part of the annual bonus for the 2011/12 Financial Year.  

The share price on release was 218.75p per share. The figures below represent the gross number of shares released including dividend equivalent shares which have accrued between grant and vesting.  A proportion of the shares released have been retained to cover taxes due on awards which are taxable on release.
