The Company has been notified today that, on 2 February 2015, the PDMRs listed below purchased Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 229.6971 pence per share.  These shares were purchased using their savings and bonus accrued under the Company's Tesco PLC Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (1981).
