CHANGES TO BOARD COMPOSITION

The Company announces that Steve Golsby and Simon Patterson do not intend to seek re-election to the Board at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held in June 2022 and will formally retire from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM.

Steve Golsby's retirement from the Board will mean that he also steps down from his role as Remuneration Committee Chair and will be succeeded by Alison Platt.
