Tertiary Minerals plc, the AIM traded Company building a strategic position in the fluorspar sector, announces that on 21 March 2013, following the recently announced exercise of warrants, Mr Donald McAlister, non-executive director, has sold 300,000 shares in the Company .

Following this sale Mr McAlister now holds 457,821 New Ordinary Shares, being 0.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
