CHANGE OF DIRECTOR’S INTEREST

Paringa Resources Limited (“ Paringa ” or “ Company ”) advises that Mr Anastasios (Taso) Arima, Executive Director of the Company, has sold 1,748,500 shares in the Company on market to meet personal income tax and other financial obligations resulting from a change in his marital circumstances.

Attached is a Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Mr Arima and a Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder.
