INITIAL DIRECTORS’ INTEREST NOTICES

Please find attached Appendix 3Xs “Initial Director’s Interest Notices” in respect of the relevant interests in Paringa Shares and unlisted Options of Mr David Griffiths, Mr David Chapman, Mr Jonathan King and Mr Luis Mauricio Azevedo.

Paringa Resources Limited ( Paringa ) confirms that all unlisted Options currently on issue have been issued on the same terms and conditions.

Paringa announced on 17 December 2012 that all unlisted Options currently on issue expire on a date that is 5 years from 31 August 2012. Paringa wishes to correct this statement and confirms that all unlisted Options expire on the date that is 5 years from their date of issue. Accordingly, due to slightly differing issue dates, all unlisted Options currently on issue will expire between 30 August 2017 and 6 September 2017.
