NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Paringa Resources Limited (“Paringa” or “Company”) (ASX:PNL) advises that William Buck Audit (WA) Pty Ltd (“William Buck”) has been appointed as auditor of the Company, with effect from today. This appointment follows the resignation of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (“Deloitte”) and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with s329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001.
The appointment of William Buck follows a review of the Company’s external audit arrangements and the Board selected William Buck based upon their expertise and competitive fee structure. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Deloitte for its past assistance and services rendered to the Company.
