Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Things ("IoT"), is pleased to announce that it will be repor(ng its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2018 on Monday 17 September 2018.

In addi(on,ashareholderconference call with accompanying presenta(on slides will be held at 10:30 AMGMT on Thursday 20 September 2018.

The call will be hosted by the Company's CEO, Al Sisto, who will discuss the period under review and answer pre-submi4ed shareholder ques(ons to the extent that he isable to do so.
