Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Things ("IoT"), provides the following disclosure in relation to Ian Ritchie, Non-Executive Chairman of Tern, as required by rule 17 and schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
On 23 March 2021, the creditors of The Scottish Council for Development and Industry, a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee of which Ian Ritchie is a director, approved a Company Voluntary Arrangement.
