Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the company focused on value creation from Internet of Things ("IoT") technology businesses, has been informed that on 27 July 2022 Ian Ritchie, Tern's Non-executive Chairman, purchased 560,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12.41p per share.  Following this purchase Mr Ritchie owns 1,570,333 ordinary shares in the Company equating to approximately 0.45% of its issued share capital.
