On March 11, 2016, H. Leigh Severance, a member of the Board of Directors of IKONICS Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he has decided not to stand for re-election as a director of the Company at the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders to be held on April 28, 2016.
