Teradata Corporation ("Teradata" or the "Company") is furnishing the following information as required under Item 2.02 “Results of Operations and Financial Condition” of Form 8-K. On April 21, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing certain preliminary financial results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2021 ended March 31, 2021 (the "Press Release"). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
