On April 6, 2015, Teradata Corporation (the “Company”) received the resignation of Scott Gnau, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Teradata Labs, to be effective April 24, 2015, as he intends to pursue other opportunities. Dan Harrington, Executive Vice President, Global Consulting and Support Services, of the Company will serve as acting head of Teradata Labs until a permanent successor is named.
