On February 7, 2019, the Company issued a press release setting forth its fourth quarter and full-year 2018 operating results as well as recurring revenue, earnings per share and other financial outlook estimates for the first quarter and full-year of 2019 (the "Press Release"). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
