Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatına göre hazırlanan solo finansal tablolarında ve yasal kayıtlarında 31.12.2023 tarihi itibariyle oluşan sırasıyla 34.126.646.-TL ve 98.524.308,64.-TL Net Dönem Karı'ndan, SPK mevzuatı ve yasal kayıtlara göre hesaplanan 4.926.215,43.-TL birinci tertip yasal yedeklerinin ayrılmasından sonra; Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı SPK mevzuatına göre 29.200.431.-TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre tutulan yasal kayıtlar çerçevesinde ise 93.598.093,21-TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Şirketimizin Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde yürütmekte olduğu yatırım hizmetleri ve faaliyetleri ile yan hizmetlerin sunumu kapsamında işletme sermayesi ihtiyacının karşılanması, yeni yatırımlara kaynak ayrılmasının planlanması ve büyüme politikaları doğrultusunda 2023 yılında gerçekleşen dağıtılabilir net dönem karının dağıtılmayarak Olağanüstü Yedekler hesabına aktarılmasına Genel Kurul tarafından onay verilmiştir.
