MESSAGE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS DIVIDEND PAYMENT

The General Meeting of Shareholders of 30 May 2024 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 4.28 EUR per share entitled to dividend.

The dividend is payable from 3 July 2024.

The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 1 July 2024.

The dividend is payable by banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
