The General Meeting of Shareholders of 31 May 2018 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 4.00 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2018 onwards coupon n° 30. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 13 June 2018.
The dividend is payable onwards coupon n° 30 by banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
