The General Meeting of Shareholders of 24 May 2017 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 3.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2017 onwards coupon n° 29. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 13 June 2017.
The dividend is payable onwards coupon n° 29 by banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
