The General Meeting of Shareholders of 28 May 2015 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 2.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2015 onwards coupon n° 27. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 11 June 2015.
The dividend is payable onwards coupon n° 27 by banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
