The General Meeting of Shareholders of 30 May 2013 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 2.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 14 June 2013 onwards on presentation of coupon n° 25. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 11 June 2013.
The dividend is payable on presentation of coupon n° 25 at the counter of banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
