The General Meeting of Shareholders of 31 May 2012 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 2.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2012 onwards on presentation of coupon n° 24. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 12 June 2012.
The dividend is payable on presentation of coupon n° 24 at the counter of banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
