The General Meeting of Shareholders of 26 May 2011 has decided to distribute a brut dividend of 2.50 EUR per share entitled to dividend.
The dividend is payable from 15 June 2011 onwards on presentation of coupon n° 23. The share will be listed ex-coupon as of 10 June 2011 (instead of 9 June 2011 as wrongly announced before).
The dividend is payable on presentation of coupon n° 23 at the counter of banks and officially certified Belgian institutions. Financial services are provided by BNP Paribas Fortis who acts as System Paying Agent and sole paying agent.
