Disclosure of a received notification in accordance with article 14 of the act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of material holding.

In accordance with stipulations of article 14 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of material holdings, Ter Beke NV informs that it has received on 14 July 2017 the following notification of shareholding in Ter Beke NV:

1. Summary of the notification

Ter Beke NV received on 14 July a notification from Daniël and Edith Coopman – De Baedts, burgerlijke maatschap Sallas and Stichting Coopman.

It relates to a modification of the family structures with the Coopman family.

Stichting Coovan retains 1,130,620 of voting rights in Ter Beke NV, these represent more than 65% of the total number of votes.

Full chain of controlled participations by which the participation is actually held:

• Daniël and Edith Coopman De Baedts, via burgerlijke maatschap Sallas, no longer control the participating interest of Stichting Coovan in Ter Beke NV.
• Control of Stichting Coovan is exercised by Famcoo Invest NV.
• Control of Famcoo Invest NV is exercised by Stichting Coopman.
• Stichting Coopman is no longer controlled.

Additional information: Negotiations between Stichting Coovan and M6 NV specified in the previous notification are no longer subject to an obligation of notification by virtue of the amended law of 2 May 2007 with respect to the disclosure of significant participations in issuers for which shares are admissible for trading on the regulated market.
