DISCLOSURE OF A RECEIVED NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 14 OF THE ACT OF 2 MAY 2007 ON DISCLOSURE OF MATERIAL HOLDINGS

In accordance with stipulations of article 14 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of material holdings, Ter Beke NV informs that it has received on 1 July 2016 the following notification of shareholding in Ter Beke NV:

1. Summary of the notification

Ter Beke NV received a notification from STAK Coovan and SA M6 in which they state that STAK Coovan has purchased 11.000 shares on 30 June 2016 and, as a result, that she pass the threshold of 65%. The shareholding of the parties acting jointly remains unchanged at 67,02%.

2. Content of the notification
