DISCLOSURE OF A RECEIVED NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 14 OF THE ACT OF 2 MAY 2007 ON DISCLOSURE OF MATERIAL HOLDINGS

In accordance with the provisions of article 14 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on disclosure of material holdings, Ter Beke NV discloses that it has received on 5 October 2011 the following notification of shareholding in Ter Beke NV:

Notification received from STAK Coovan, Luc De Bruyckere/SA Seneca and SA M6

Ter Beke NV received a notification from STAK Coovan, Luc De Bruyckere/SA Seneca and SA M6, acting jointly, in which they state that the voting rights of the persons acting jointly have gone from 67,16% to 70,18% pursuant to a purchase of 52.416 shares by STAK Coovan on 3 October 2011.

SA M6 has no controlling shareholder.
