Ter Beke Group is in ongoing talks to acquire Imperial Meat Products in Belgium and Stegeman in the Netherlands

Ter Beke confirms it is in ongoing talks with the shareholders of Imperial-Stegeman regarding the potential purchase of 100% of the share capital of Imperial Meat Products VOF and Stegeman B.V.

At this stage it is uncertain whether or not a transaction will happen. Ter Beke will communicate if and when further information becomes available.
