Tenaris Files Annual Report 2011 and Convenes General Meetings of Shareholders

Luxembourg, March 30, 2012 - Tenaris S.A. (NYSE, Buenos Aires and Mexico: TS and MTA Italy: TEN) filed today with its securities regulators its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2011. Tenaris also published the convening notice to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held at Tenaris’s registered office located at 29, avenue de la Porte-Neuve, 3rd Floor, L-2227 Luxembourg on May 2, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. (Luxembourg time) and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders that will be held immediately thereafter.
