Kinga Stanisławska is General Partner Experior VC.

Kinga Stanisławska has nearly 20 years of experience in investments and finance. She is founder of Experior VC, investing in scale ups and growth, pure software with strong ML/AI in SaaS, including software deep tech, ecommerce, big data driven companies across all verticals.

Kinga Stanisławska sits on the boards of Tylko, Cosmose and Tourmedica. She is Vice President of the Polish PE/VC Funds Association (PSIK). Kinga is advisor to European Innovation Council. She is named one of the TOP 50 of Europe's most influential women in the start-up and venture capital space by EU Startups and top 50 women in tech in Europe by Forbes. She is active in supporting women-led companies as mentor and investor. She established the European Women in VC platform together with 19 country ambassadors from Europe and Israel with the aim of increasing the number of female partners at venture funds across Europe from the current low single digit percentage number it is today.

Kinga Stanisławska od prawie 20 lat zajmuje się inwestycjami i finansami. Obecnie zasiada w Radach Nadzorczych spółek Tylko, Cosmose i Tourmedica.

Kinga Stanisławska jest również Wiceprezesem Polskiego Stowarzyszenia Inwestorów Kapitałowych (PSIK) oraz aktywnie wspiera kobiety w biznesie. Od stycznia 2017 jest także członkiem Grupy Wysokiego Szczebla ds. Europejskiej Rady ds. Innowacji. W 2019 roku, Kinga znalazła się na liście 50 najbardziej wpływowych kobiet w Europie w sektorze venture capital oraz startups. W 2018 roku znalazła się na liście Top 50 Women in Tech magazynu Forbes.

Przed założeniem EXPERIOR była globalnym szefem telekomów, mediów oraz IT w Raiffeisen Investment w Wiedniu. Pracę w bankowości rozpoczynała w Citigroup i w ING w Londynie, a nastepnie była odpowiedzialna za inwestycje w akcje i udziały na rynku prywatnym i publicznym jako Principal w Europejskim Banku Odbudowy i Rozwoju (w Londynie). Absolwentka Harvard Business School (TGMP), IECS w Strasburgu, UMIST w Manchester i Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego.
